Meet Our Resident Artists
The Art Glass Center is managed by a talented team of resident artists: from educators and scientists, to professional artists- we come from a variety of backgrounds. Collectively we’ve acquired a vast array of kiln forming skills, teach workshops, host Open Studio, keep the studio running, and enjoy creating kiln formed glass reflecting our individual styles. Click on any of the images below to read more information and see each artists gallery.
Our studio artist program
The Studio Artist program at the Art Glass Center provides an opportunity for  local glass artists to join a robust supportive art community and secure space and resources in our fully equipped studio.  Being an integral part of the Center allows all of the artists to exchange ideas and support each other as they create together. What's New at the Art Glass Center
The AGC is growing!
We welcome two new studio artists!
Miki Darling - relatively new to kiln-formed glass work, Miki is a warm and enthusiastic artist joining the AGC. Miki has jumped right in and has taken great steps to expand her portfolio. Miki appreciated the welcoming and always helpful AGC community as she continues to enjoy developing her glass creations.
Erik Peterson, a longtime Glen Echo resident, is a transplant from Colorado, where he grew up in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright’s granddaughter. He has always been interested in the Wright inspiration combined with the colors and scenery of the Southwest.

Tonight was the conclusion of our Footed Flow class lead by the talented Michele Rubin! All works turned out beautifully!
